This is a feature we provide for our furry residents. Kenect provides waste bags and receptacle stations, and the park is cleaned each day. We require all residents and members to be caring and responsible pet owners and pick up after your pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
There are trash chutes on every level. Only bagged trash can be placed in the chute. Please break down boxes and dispose in trash designated area on main level. See a building and lifestyle coordinator for help. Placing boxes in the trash chute will clog it.
Kenect offers white glove package delivery. Every resident is automatically opted into this service. Your package will be placed right inside your front door by a Kenect employee who has been screened and vetted during their hiring process. If you opt out, you can receive your package from concierge on the ground level.
As a renter it is important to protect your belongings. Kenect is not responsible for anything that happens to you or your belongings while on property. This also protects the building in the event of unforeseen damage caused by a resident such as fire, flood, or structural damages. We cannot release the keys without proof of insurance at move in. You may obtain renter's insurance through your own preferred agency or use ResidentShield.com, which is through Kenect. Kenect's requirement is to have $10,000 personal coverage and $100,000 liability. More information can be found at ResidentShield.com
There is a designated recycle bin at Kenect on ground level near loading dock. Please see a team member for more information.
While safety is never guaranteed the measures in place safety precautions include background screenings on all members, security cameras at all points of entry, 24-hour key fob entry, nightly courtesy patrol, PHX Downtown Ambassador Service.
Kenect offers guest parking on the 1st level of the garage for a nightly fee. There is street and meter parking available surrounding Kenect. Please see a team member for overnight garage parking rates for guests. They will be provided a pass for their vehicle.
Kenect floating coworking membership and access to Kenect events both public and private.
Not included is electricity, water, sewer, waste, and pest control. This is billed back via Simplebills which is a 3rd party billing company who monitors and bills for utilities all under one bill. It also separates bills if you live in a 3BR/3BA floor plan. Parking is an additional monthly fee. Internet and cable are an outside bill all together that is the responsibility of the resident.
An emergency is considered:
Members and guests should always respect noise levels when on resident floors. Enforced quiet hours are 11pm-7am seven days a week. Private events may be planned ahead of time. Please refer to community police in your lease. Noise complaints should go through our onsite Courtesy Patrol or local non emergency police.
If you are locked out, call the office line to alert an on-call team member. You must be able to prove your identity to gain entry. An after hours lock-out fee of $75 will be charged to your ledger.
Word of mouth is our best form of advertisement. Referrals and incentives change monthly. Please see a team member for more information.
You can renew your lease 60-90 days prior to lease ending. The Kenect team will also remind you. You will be able to renew via our online leasing system or in office with an agent. We make it easy and convenient.
Ambassadors are full-time employees of the Downtown Phoenix Partnership. Ambassadors can help with almost anything in Downtown.
