Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom serviced apartments provide all the extras you need for day-to-day comfort and convenience in a modern flat-like space with views of Downtown Arizona. Host an intimate soiree in your comfortable digs that show off the views of downtown with your floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, or expand the party on our large, rooftop amenity deck with fire pits, hangout spaces, and one-of-a-kind sunsets only found at Kenect Phoenix. Shared Living or as we say "serviced living" is a great way to have instant friends in the city and build lifetime lasting memories. The connections are endless with Kenect coliving options. Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom floor plans are leased "by the bed" on and individual basis. Those with student classifications can lease August-July and begin pre-leasing in early spring each year for housing.
